All images are painted in Adobe Photoshop using photo touch up tools. I start with the standard checkerboard (blank canvas), lay down a solid color, then I create multiple layers of imagery, all painted up from imagination. Photo reference comes afterword if necessary or for likenesses. Each element is repainted 2 - 25 times as I explore my options, work out compositions, and perform the final eloquent execution. I work until the form, the color palate, the background, the tone, the subject, the narrative and the details all work as one.
